Rooms are available in a traditional large 3 bedroomed  split level apartment with close uninterrupted view of beach and sea with the islands of Arran and Ailsa Craig in the distance.  This 1st floor apartment has good parking spaces and well maintained garden which is 84metres long with separate   secluded patio area. It is ideally situated near the transport routes to Glasgow, Largs, Ayr and Arran.ARDROSSAN SOUTH BEACH station is 5 minutes walk away.Buses are every 5 minutes.

This en-suite rooms are available by the day from £40 single or £50 double.Breakfast ( super 4 star Scottish) is £6 or light breakfast is £4

Children under 3 are free. Cot is available at £5 per day.

The front en-suite has a shower room,Freesat Tv,fridge,kettle, toaster and hair dryer.

The spacious shared lounge with relaxing sofas (3)  has Satellite TV, music system  and a selection of games for both adults and children .Breakfast can be enjoyed from the dining table overlooking the sea and beach. The apartment faces South.

 There are often spectacular sunsets to be seen over Arran.

The main shared bathroom is decorated in a contemporary style with white/black tiling,  double walk in shower and bath..

The modern kitchen is well equipped including dishwasher, breakfasting table/chairs, a separate utility room is off the hall with washing machine and ironing board. All residents are welcome to take advantage of these facilities.
 
Tea and coffee always await our guests on arrival and the rooms have coffee making facilities.
