Rooms and suites are available in a traditional large 6 bedroomed  split level villa with close uninterrupted views of the beach and sea ,with the islands of Arran and Ailsa Craig in the distance.  The SOUTH BEACH Bed and Breakfast has good parking spaces and well maintained garden which is 84metres long . It is ideally situated near the transport routes to Glasgow, Largs, Ayr and Arran.ARDROSSAN SOUTH BEACH station is 5 minutes walk away.Buses are every 5 minutes from near the apartment. The ferry terminal to Arran is a short walk away and takes about 10 minutes to reach on foot of 5 minutes by car or train.

 En-suite rooms or suites are available by the day from £40 single, £50 double, £60 treble or £80 for four.Over 4 people are charged at £25 per person in a maximum of 3 rooms.  Breakfast ( super 4 star Scottish) is £5 or light breakfast is £4

All bedrooms have,Freesat or Freeview TV,tea/coffee making facilities, toaster and hair dryer.There is free Wi-Fi access by request

Upper rooms have the use of a lovely shared lounge. Beach and sea views are superb from here.

The spacious shared lounge with relaxing sofas (2)  has Satellite TV  and a selection of games for both adults and children .Breakfast can be enjoyed from the dining table overlooking the sea and beach. The apartment faces South giving a light and warm feel.

 There are often spectacular sunsets to be seen over Arran.

The additional shared bathroom  is decorated in a contemporary style with white/black tiling,  double walk in shower and roll-top bath..
